You will be working hand-in-hand with the long term system operators who want to get projects built now – and start lease payments flowing to you.
Ideal Land Typically Includes:
- 20+ acres of unobstructed land
- Access to power on site or within close proximity
- South-facing or gently sloped terrain
- Minimal wetlands or flood zones
- Willingness to host and collect payments for long-term infrastructure (30–40 years)
